Shipping & Delivery Policy:

Orders are shipped within one business day from receipt of order.  Customer’s credit card is billed on the day of shipment.  Transit / delivery time varies by location as determined by the freight carrier.

Expedited shipping is available in the continental USA.  Orders requiring Second Day or Next Day shipping must be placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time to ship on that day.  Delivery for Second Day selection is by afternoon on the second business day for most areas.  Delivery for Next Day selection is by afternoon on the next business day for most areas.  Second Day and Next Day delivery may not be available in outlying zip codes as determined by the freight carrier.  Please contact us to confirm delivery expectation or enter a comment in “Remarks” section.  Canadian and international customers may call to inquire about expedited delivery options.

Orders totaling $20 or less may be sent via US Postal Service-First Class or Priority Mail at our discretion.  Customers in Alaska and Hawaii may request Priority Mail by entering request in “Remarks” section.  Signature required designation applies to all orders of $500 or more i.e. the freight carrier will not deliver unless a person is available to sign for the package(s).

-Backorders-

Customers designating expedited shipping will be notified of out of stock status on the day the order is placed.  All other customers will be notified within 3 business days if an item will NOT be available to ship i.e. on backorder status for more than 3 days.  Customers will be contacted to determine delivery needs for multi item orders containing an out of stock item.
